This firm, especially Mr. DAVID Humphrey ,responded to my email within 20 minutes, called me back less than 24 hours and remained understanding, patient and professional while giving me feedback on my next steps. I informed him about the issue I had at the car dealership, which included leaving the dealership with signed paperwlrk about my loan and alse turning my car in for a trade him. Almost 2 weeks later (about 11 days later) the dealership wanted $3000. I refused as it was far out of my budget. The dealership attempted to offer me a newer vehicle, same depoit and a higher monthly car payment. He gave advice and assured me he was available anytime. I cannot thank him and the firm enough. 5 stars!!!
