$347,000 jury verdict in actual and punitive damages against credit union based on failure of auto broker, who sold vehicle to our client, to obtain a lien release from the prior lender.  The evidence showed that the credit union knew it had broken the law as well, but chose to repossess the vehicle to make an insurance claim to cover its losses.
